Out of State Licenses
Oklahoma offers license reciprocity for agents moving from Alabama, Arkansas, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
If you are coming from one of these states, you're able to transfer your real estate license to Oklahoma, upon the successful completion of our state-specific educational requirements and exams.
Included, is all eight CE courses required by the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission (BRA,CAR and CON), as well as a comprehensive course full of state-specific study material and quizzes, to prepare you for the state-specific exam you will be taking. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS

Online Broker in Charge Course

This class is a requirement by the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission for people with a Managing Broker’s license or greater in the State of Oklahoma.
The Broker In Charge course covers the 15 hour required course for supervising brokers. It should be noted that this is not the course to get your broker’s license.
Any licensee, who is not a supervising broker, may take the Broker in Charge Course and get credit for all 6 hours of required education and 9 hours of elective credit.
